      Comment:

The FHIR Goal resource has an extension definition called goal-target. Yet, it appears the actual FHIR resource has also evolved and added a 'target' attribute. Yet, both attribute, though named the same, have different semantics. This causes a name clash in our QICore profile were we introduce an extension to Goal called target that references the goal-target extension definition. Either the FHIR resource needs to change the name of the target attribute to something like 'targetTimeframe' or we need to rename our extension to something else indicating the target we hope to achieve (rather than the target timeframe). I suggest FHIR rename that attribute in Goal to eliminate the clash.
