      Current definition for CODE SYSTEM (which reads "A code system resource specifies a set of codes drawn from one or more code systems" is incorrect and against Core Principles. It should say something like "A code system resource specifies the descriptional metadata for and, optionally, some or all of the content of a (single) code system".
