The use of the word Profile should not be used without qualification.

This to help with confusion over the use of the word "Profile" by IHE... i.e. an IHE Profile...

The use of "Implementation Guide" should be used when it is appropriate.

The use of Profile as a noun should be limited to things smaller than an Implementation Guide, and should always be qualified. Such as "DataType Profile".

Exceptions are understood, simply trying to keep formal use specific.
