      Applies to MedStatement and MedRequest:

      Update the definition for "entered in error" -"some actions that are implied by the prescription (statement) may have occurred. For example, the medication may have been dispensed and the patient may have taken some of the medication. Clinical decision support systems should take this status into account."

      Update the definition for "stopped" - "this should not be used if the original order was entered in error."

      The specific wording will be adjusted for each resource.

      Follow-up from Sept WGM Pharmacy discussion related to http://build.fhir.org/valueset-medication-request-status.html

      Which status should be used when a MedicationRequest was written, administered, and then (post-administration) it was realized that the order was written on the wrong patient? Should it be entered-in-error (since the wrong patient got the med) or stopped (because the patient did get the med...for decision support purposes)?

      If it is depends on the system, then do we need a note to decision support implementers to be aware that patients may have received meds that are entered-in-error?
