That's not really the intent of "supportingInfo". SupportingInfo is intended to be information from the record intended to support the delivery of the requested services. It doesn't describe how the services are to be delivered. Examples include height & weight with a prescription or relevant medical history with a referral or potentially interacting meds with a lab order. None of those things describe what is to be done but they may inform what's done or how it's done.

The elements described here I'd expect to be captured either as sub-procedures within an order or as additional elements on the order.

Request.supportingInfo is 0..* Reference(Any), but it is more common for us to have order entry details that are codified, so we would like to have the ability to have CodeableConcept supporting information as well.

      A few examples:
      * Isolation (e.g. Airborne Precautions, Contact Precautions, Droplet Precautions, Standard Precautions)
      * Transportation Mode (e.g. Wheelchair, Patient Bed, Crib, Walk, Stretcher, etc.)
      * Anesthesia Type (e.g. Epidural, General Mask, Topical, General Intubation, Regional Block)
      * NPO Exceptions (e.g. NPO except for ice chips, NPO except for meds, NPO except for sips of water, No exceptions)
      * Urinary Catheter Type (e.g. External Catheter, Indwelling Catheter)
      * Ventilator Mode (e.g. ACMV, CMV, CPAP, HFJV, PCV, SIMV)
