      Right now, if someone searches on profile=http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/my-profile, it probably won't match "[http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/my-profile|0.8|http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/my-profile%7C0.8]". That's a problem.
