      The last sentance in that paragraph will now say

      "The US realm defines a US Specific extension for this for concept"

      An example will be created for the Clinical Gender and referenced

      The new Gender Identity Standard extension will be included in the bulleted items (tracker 13843).

      A link to the US Core IG will not be included, as this may change over time with various versions.
