rename the 0..* backbone element from "specimenToLab" to "typeTested", which is aligned with the name of the above element "typeCollected".

Argument: A SpecimenDefinition defines a kind of specimen to be collected (e.g. venous blood), out of which will be produced a kind of specimen to be tested, selected from a list of preferred and alternates (e.g. plasma sample (preferred), serum sample (alternate)). Additionally, there are several testable specimens that may be allowed for a given specimen definition, so the backbone element allows us to support the multiple cardinality.

Existing Wording: specimenToLab 0..* BackboneElement Specimen in container intended for testing by lab

Proposed Wording: Remove this backbone element

      Comment:

Name not meaningful it means an action rather than noun that describes an attribute on the Specimen. Remove this as a backbone element move type, requirement, retentionTime, rejectionCriteron. and handling to root. see other ballot commetns for .preferred and .container elements
