Rename element "conditionSet" as "temperatureQualifier" to make it clear that this element qualifies the interval of temperature, which characterizes an occurrence of handling. Also rename tempRange to temperatureRange.

For now, conditions that are not related to temperature may be handled in the instruction element. For examples, see the v2 valueset for special handling code (0376).

This may be expanded in future drafts as we gain experience with the resource.

      Comment:

http://hl7.org/fhir/2018Jan/valueset-handling-condition.html valueset are set of temperature concepts which do not "Code representing the set of handling instructions." Not sure what this element is supposed to be. Remove it and change .handling.tempRange to a choice of CodeableConcept|Range m rename and redeifine the valueset and use it there.
