As the name of an organization (or location) is often multiple words evaluating the phonetics over these, then trying to apply this to the search is impractical. Where there are common miss-spellings the alias property could be used to capture these too. Alternatively a server may implement an intelligent free text or other style of complex searching algorithms with the :text search modifier.
