      Comment:

      We need guidance on HTTP Response codes here for batch. I would suggest 200/201 for all OK, multi-status 207 for where some are successful and some failed, and 4XX if all failed. In all cases, the response should be a bundle as specified later with details. This simplifies processing for the client as it can proceed on a 200/201 as needed without going into detailed error handling. Regardless of solution, guidance is absolutely necessary.
