      The ExpansionProfile resource is primarily designed to work with value sets from a single code system. If multiple code systems are inlcuded, then 'designation' cannot be applied on a code system specific bases. Will document this as one of the limitations. See GF#14883 and 14884.

      Existing Wording: ExpansionProfile.designation: how is this supposed to work if the expansion contains codes with designations from multiple systems where the identifier of the designation is not unique between the systems?
