I'm not sure if the Capabiity Statement is the right place to put it or not, but I'm wondering how/where we could require or suggest that if a CDS-Hook (of some type) was supported, it would need to be documented here.

Can you think of a way to help expose/discover when EMR's support certain CDS Hooks? Perhaps it would get documented in the Capability Statement of their associated FHIR Server?
