Many of our 'valueCodeableConcepts' list multiple valid Types. Specifically, in reviewing DescribedVariant profile (), the Observation.valueCodeableConcept, and many of the Observation.component[].valueCodeableConcept items list the following:

Quantity, CodeableConcept, string, boolean, integer, Range, Ratio, SampledData, time, dateTime, Period

Many of these are bound to a LOINC answer list, so it seems we should limit the data type as CodeableConcept only?
