      "When a profile does this, it SHALL also make clear exactly what kind of "support" is required, as this can mean many things."

      Can we add examples to support the phrase 'many things'?

      "For example, 'must support' could mean your server must be capable of including the data element if data is available. Or, that client must be capable of processing these elements. "

      I know we don't like Realm specific items but US Core spent lots of time defining must support here: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/guidance.html
