On the profile page for Computable Genetic Finding (http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/genomics-reporting/obs-comp-gen-finding.html), the LOINC code 81293-3 is used. In LOINC, this is described as: "Description of ranges of DNA sequences examined", which seems to be a way to help send some narrative around what was sequenced.

On the diagram on the General page (http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/genomics-reporting/general.html#findings), the named used to describe this component is 'dna-region-name'). I believe this matches more of the intention of what is to be delivered here. The idea I believe was to transmit something like the Exon or perhaps CytoBand where the finding was found.

We either need to find a different LOINC, or remove this field.
