For example 'GET /Observation?component-code-value=[http://loinc.org|LA6683-2|]', it seems that querying for an observation value outside the context of the observation code seems risky (e.g. someone may use a given LOINC answer code to answer a different question). Wouldn't it be safer to query for observation/component/code?
