In the paragraph describing the parameters in an operation definition, I suggest to remove the trailing "(see below)" from this line:

Name - the name of the parameter. For implementer convenience, the name should be a valid token * (see below) *

This inferes that there is more to come below on this page about what a valid token is.And in fact there is nothing else about tokens on this page.
