Be more explicit on the definition of the 'exact' parameter: 'exact' = 'true' means that opeation is called by a machine, which expects only "complete" and "partial" matches, not "possible" matches. Also, provide the default value for "exact".
Correct this sentence:
These modes are differentiated by the 'exact' parameter, * so the client can indicate whether it only wants exact matches (including partial matches) or whether potential matches based on text matching are desired *
> These modes are differentiated by the 'exact' parameter, * which indicates whether the client is a machine wanting only complete and partial matches, or a human wanting also possible matches. *
Documentation of the "exact" in parameter:
Whether the operation is being used by a human * ('false') , or a machine * ('true') *. If the operation is being used by a human, the terminology server can return a list of possible matches, with commentary. For a machine, the server returns sure matches * (complete and partial) *, or none at all. Default = true *
