      We can see why you'd think this becomes a mixed bag of "all other uses not covered by the other types", including types of bundles that we may later identify as worthy of having it's own bundle type. But we would still need this code currently for all these other uses, maybe to introduce additional codes later.

      Will adjust the definition of Collection to:

      The bundle is a set of resources collected into a single package for ease of distribution that imposes no processing obligations or behavioral rules beyond persistence.

      The Bundle type collection is not well enough defined for Normative definition. Either further explain what it is, how it is used, and why it would be used over the others; or remove it from normative.
