      ValueSet resource has one status element.

      VSD defines two status elements, activity and workflow.

      I think ValueSet.status aligns with the VSD activity status.

      Request: align the descriptions in the ValueSet resource with the VSD activity status or at least reference it.

      4.8.4.1 defines status as the lifecycle status. Is this the same as activity status as defined in the VSD as the release and/or usability state?
