http _pretty needs parameter definition

      We need to ensure that it is clear which parameters are "normal" and can be used on any interaction, which are possible only on some interactions (i.e. read, vread but not post) and which are search-only (the table on search.html should reflect those).

      Also, make sure that _format is not mentioned as the only general parameter anymore, but refer to just "normal" parameters as a group.

      Very minor mention of _pretty on the http page in Content Types and encodings. Seems this parameter should be mentioned on the search page? possibly in the box with the other 'search results parameters'. (note, should _format be mentioned in the search results parameters box?)
