      The example in the second paragraph of the batch/transaction section on the http page is confusing.

      current: (e.g. when storing a Provenance resource and its corresponding target resource, or, on document repositories, a document index entry and its accompanying document).

      I might recommend you could express that IHE uses a transaction in MHD, which seems very similar to what you have.

      recommend: (e.g. IHE-MHD profile defines a create transaction "Provide Document Resources" for publishing documents that must all be stored or none stored, where the transaction is made up of a DocumentManifest, and some number of DocumentReference, List (folder), and Binary (document) resources).
