Replace "re-identification" in the section on managing resource identifiers by a phrase like "assign a new identifier", so we don't need to introduce a new term here.

On the Managing Resource Identifiers page, there is a use of the word "Re-Identification". This use is very logical, and described well. However the term is also the one used in the art of De-Identification, for the authorized Re-Identification of the data. These two concepts are similar, but signficantly distinct. Thus I request that your page use a different term than "Re-Identification" for what you are describing. I understand it is logical for a large audience, but it will confuse another audience. I have tried to find a good term, but I have no useful recommendation. I am not sure what you have needs a defined term. Could your page not use "Re-Identification". and just describe the act?
