      The doseSequence element that was removed from the resource (along with the backbone element protocol) leaves a hole in the resource. This is specially true for immunization campaigns where the dose sequence has to be recorded for better control of the campaign (because two doses separated by a minimum and maximun period of time to be effective, for example).
