      Systems generally support the simple concepts as defined by FHIR and are very interoperable. The additional extended values that you've included would go into an extension on the property, selecting the "other" value in the core element.

      The current value set for Administrative Gender includes Male, Female, Other, and Unknown. We suggest changing these options to Man, Woman, Transgender Man, Transgender Woman, Non-Binary Person, and Unknown.
