      The Patient resource includes a Patient.nationality extension, but does not support Patient.ethnicity

      Nationality and ethnicity are different concepts. Examples:

      Nationality = Brazilian; Ethnicity = Latino

      Nationality = Australian; Ethnicity = Aboriginal

      Nationality = Chinese; Ethnicity = uyghurs

      Some ethnic groups are socio-econonmically disadvantages, and culturally different, and hence require different health care management and strategy
