Proposed Wording: Enforces the minimum information set for the value set metadata required by HL7 and other organizations that share and publish value sets for shareable CodeSystem

On the web page, the text appears as "that share and for Shareable Codesystem" - notice the spacing between the "and" and "for". Please see attached screen shot.
