      Will add a use note that indicates that Bundle does not support 'summary' as it needs to be fully populated when doing a 'search' and most use-cases for retrieving summaries of documents or other types of Bundles are not well suited by the standard 'isSummary' mechanism and are better handled by operations or other mechanisms.

      Comment:

      It's certainly possible to want to retrieve a summary view of documents or messages (and maybe Collections). A summary should include the first entry, the id, the date and maybe one or two other things. But there's no need for the rest. (Including only the first entry would be 'special' behavior, but Bundle is a 'special' resource.)
