If you look at the Terminology Bindings portion of hl7.org/fhir/uv/sdc/2018Sep/sdc-questionnaire-render.html, you will see Questionnaire.useContext.code and Questionnaire.useContext.valueCodeableConcept repeating multiple times. Now, that might be correct per the Questionnaire structure you can see if you click "All", though why useContext is repated multiple times there, with each case optional and each with a different fixed code from the same code system is a mystery (to me) of its own. But, even assuming that is all correct, in the Terminology Bindings portion, the last column, Value Set, lists "Questionnaire Context Species" for each of the seven rows of "Questionnaire.useContext.valueCodeableConcept", when according to the "all" tab, only one of those is useContexts is actually for species, and the others are for other things like gender, age, etc.
