If a compose includes a concept.display with text that is not an official display from the code system, then there is a risk of changing the meaning of the concept if that display is used when creating the expansion. It should be a requirement that the expansion display the preferred display from the code system and the text in ValueSet.compose.include.concept.display is provided as an alternative display for the concept.
