I don't know how widespread this is, but on http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/sdc/2018Sep/sdc-questionnaire-render.html in the "Constraints" section, the list is repititive. See, for instance, the group of 6 rows for "Questionnaire.title.extension". Of the 6 rows, only 2 are unique. The repetitiveness hinders review.
