Agree to add notes about the relationship between ConceptMap and Code system Supplements to both resources.

"Both Code System supplements and Concept Maps may be used to define relationships between concepts in different systems. ConceptMaps are assertions of the relationships between different concepts that are associated with particular contexts of use, while CodeSystem supplements are used to define inherent properties and semantics of the concepts in the code system."

      Comment:

Define the boundary between supplement and concept map.

Is is "Maps are for equivalence relationships, supplements are for anything else," or

"Supplements are authored by system stewards; maps are authored by whoever needs them?"

      (Or something else?)

Do these boundaries affect the property requirements for the respective resources? If this dimension is the only difference, it's not entirely clear why there are two resources, rather than some sort of category flag..
