      Comment:

      The Value Set Definition standard slated to go normative has an element called Name Language. This is a coded element that indicates the language system (e.g. US English) in which the name is expressed. The intention is to use the IETF language tags preference referenced by the curret RFC for BCP 47 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/bcp47).

      FHIR does not have this element and Vocab would like to discuss the best way to close the gap
