The Blood Pressure profile of VitalSigns (http://hl7.org/fhir/bp.profile.json.html) adds several slices to Observation.component, Observation.component:diastolicbp and Observation.component:systolicbp. Each of these define the various fields on those components, e.g., Observation.cpomonent:diastolicbp.code. However, the fields on Observation.component itself, e.g., Observation.component.code, have been dropped. I believe this would be a bug in general, but is especially so given that Observation.component slicing is open. We could load the Observation SD to get this information, but the snapshot itself is not sufficient.
