Following the Baltimore Connectathon and WGM PC/SD joint quarter Tues Q2 discussing clinical notes, a question was raised about whether DiagnosticReport.code should be used to infer the procedure done? If so, then should the cardinality of code be increased to 0..* if a single DiagnosticReport (e.g. radiology report) can cover both head and neck (or shoulder and collarbone x-ray)?
