      Will move the context constraints into a separate profile - ideally on UsageContext (and look at migrating it into core as part of R5). Will also try to override the definitions and usage notes to make them context-specific for each slice.

      Comment:

      It appears that there is specific use context's specified by this profile (for example: "this form only applies to those of a specific gender" or "this form only applies to those of a specific age")… It would be good to enumerate the possibilities in the description of the profile. If I click "useContext" for each of the slices, I only see the generic FHIR description for useContext, I don't see any specific information on the type of useContext (such as context-gender or context-age).
