In the context of reviewing available genomic terminologies the GC WG reviewed the current terminology URIs contained in core.

We found the following corrections:

• http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore is wrong as it is containing multiple CS sources
  - restricted ClinVar to Variant Ids as Alleles and Variants have overlapping integer indentifier
  - added a comment to [http://www.pharmgkb.org |]
