      The text indicates:

      A server *SHALL*e capbable of returning a patient by supporting at a minimum the following search parameters when at least 2 are present:

      name

      gender

      birthdate

      The SearchParameters table, however, doesn't represent all possible pairings – it only shows: family+gender, given+gender, name+gender, name+birthdate.

      It is unclear if other combinations (like gender+birthdate) SHALL be supported. The initial text implies YES, the absence from the Search Parameters table implies NO.
