      Section numbering in http://www.hl7.org/fhir/uv/genomics-reporting/2019Jan/index.html and http://www.hl7.org/fhir/uv/genomics-reporting/2019Jan/histocompatibility.html are wrong. The index page has the section numbering all "1" and the histocompatibility page is a mixture of 1.7 or 1.7.x
