We need to describe when to use Copy Number Change profile vs. when to reflect copy number changes via the Described Variant profile. (It seems as though the intent is to use Described Variant to represent structural variants, including copy number variants, that are gleaned from NGS, and to use the Copy Number Change profile when variants are gleaned from cytogenetics/FISH/Microarray)
