In the text, it says: Each AllergyIntolerance must have: 1. a status of the allergy. I assume this is intended to refer to clinicalStatus. In this case, clinicalStatus is marked in the differential/snapshot as being 0..1. If it is truly mandatory, it should be 1..1.
