The Goal profile has the following search defined in the QuickStart:

FHIR Core, however, does not define a Goal search parameter called date. It defines two separate parameters: start-date and target-date. Does US Core formally define a new "date" parameter for goal?

In addition, US Core says: * Support: Mandatory to support search by date*. But... none of the date attributes are labeled as "Must Support". If a system is required to support searching over the date fields, then isn't it (by extension) required to support the date fields themselves?
