      Relax cardinality of specimen from 1..1 to 0..1 in the Computable Genetic Finding profile, and all profiles derived from Computable Genetic Finding. Rationale is that we are translating VCF records from a genomic data server into FHIR Described Variants, and we don't have specimen information.
