US Core January 2019 Ballot Comment:

The "Differential Table" and "Snapshot Table" tabs for the Immunization resource appear to be correctly updated for R4, though the "Text Summary" tab for the Immunization resource references a couple now-deprecated elements:

"2. One dateTime in Immunization.date"

The "date" element has now been replaced with "occurrenceDateTime" / "occurrenceString" in R4.

"5. One boolean value in Immunization.notGiven"

The "notGiven" element has now been replaced with the value "not-done" for the "status" element in R4. "Must Support" for this is thus already indicated by "1. One status in Immunization.status....," so this requirement statement can probably be omitted altogether.
