Comment:

The Overview includes signficant discussion of Variations, yet there is also a Variant Detection section that could have held much of this detail and have been referenced from the Overview. As it is today the Variant Detection section is under developed. So, either ballance out the two sections, or explain something new in Variant Detection section.
