Proposed Wording: "+ Query for a Patient's Implantable Devices consistent with the MU2-15 certification criteria

+ Record a Patient's Implant, Prosthetics, Durable Medical Equipment, etc."

Comment:

It would be useful to define a generic "us-device" and perhaps create a separate "implantable-us-device". This would avoid the issue that this profile specification does not currently support the narrow/specific criteria set in the MU2015 certification and it's not aligned with C-CDA 2.1.

Summary:

Clarify this profile is intended to provide - primarily - access to the implantable device list managed by an EHR or another type of information system.
