Comment:

This valueset should NOT have an "other". There is no use-case that would justify a normative identification of "other". This profile for clinical note should mandate the single vocabulary value of clinical-note.

Those that don't want to use that vocabulary value, are simply not using this Profile.

In the "Quick Start" you indicate that one can Retrieve all clinical Notes by searching on class=clinical-note; which will not work with a valueset that has "other" in it.
