Comment:
consider adding more parameters as recommendations (This list from MHD). I don't expect these all to be in US-Core, just wanted to clearly identify the gap:
- status - as it is often important to make clear the client is not interested in non-current entries
- date - as the publication date is sometimes known
- author - as sometimes the client knows who the author was
*category - category is a more query friendly due to the nature of a smaller grouping valueset
- setting - the practice setting from which the document came
- facility - the type of facility that published the document
- event - to find documents related to an event
- related - similarly to find documents related to an event id (e.g. assession)
- format - the specific type of technical format of the document
==> most pressing is category and status.
