Existing Wording: The US Core Client SHOULD:
Support fetching and querying of one or more US Core profile(s), using the supported RESTful interactions and search parameters declared in the US Core Server CapabilityStatement.
Proposed Wording: The US Core Client SHALL:
Support fetching and querying of one or more US Core profile(s), using the supported RESTful interactions and search parameters declared in the US Core Server CapabilityStatement.
Comment:
why is this only a SHOULD? This seems to be best said as a SHALL. Otherwise a client can claim to be conformant by just implementing the security requirements. Is that really what is intended?
Summary:
Make client query support of at least one resource mandatory
